New patients can schedule an appointment by directly calling our office. Our staff will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable time slot.

Existing patients can reach out to us through two primary methods: sending a message via MyChart or calling our office directly. We're here to address your concerns through either channel.

For your child's first visit, we require their medical records to be transferred. However, we understand this can sometimes be challenging. At a minimum, please bring your child's immunization records for our review during the appointment.

We do offer same-day appointments on a case-by-case basis, depending on our schedule. For the best chance of securing a same-day slot, we recommend calling our office early in the day. Please note that availability may vary.

To message us on MyChart, please follow these steps: open the MyChart app or visit https://mychart.childrens.com/, select your child's name, navigate to 'Message' on the home page, click 'Next', choose 'Message Care Team', select 'Other', then 'Dr. Goh'. In both the subject and message fields, include a note, attach your child's insurance card, and send. Submitting this information before your appointment helps ensure a smooth check-in process and maintains efficient office flow.

For your child's appointment, please bring their insurance card, a valid form of identification, and any pertinent medical records. If this is your first visit, you'll need to complete a patient information form as well. Should you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to contact our office.
